"Dear Mario and Toni, I would like to thank you for handling the problems I was having with my laptop. As you know, I spent over two hours on the telephone trying to resolve the problems with the technical department of my laptop’s manufacturer. After being disconnected multiple times and offered three different solutions from different technicians, I was completely exhausted and frustrated because I still had not reached an agreeable solution. One telephone call to you for help resulted in you calling the manufacturer on my behalf and accomplishing more than I could hope to ask for from the manufacturer. My goal was to receive timely service on a computer which had a history of malfunction. Your efforts resulted in the manufacturer replacing my 2 ½ year old laptop with a new laptop which, at a minimum, would have all the components and programs of my original laptop and newer components if the originals were no longer available. In addition, you were able to insure that I would be able to retain Windows XP Professional rather than be “upgraded” to Vista. Your assistance in transferring the data from my old laptop to my new laptop will save me hours of frustration, resulting in much more productivity for me.
